Satya Bolli, Chairman and Managing Director
Satya spearheads the global operations of SemanticSpace. Satya is an established veteran, innovator and entrepreneurial leader in software development industry. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of software development and consultancy. His vision and experience in the field of IT helped building SemanticSpace successfully as per the business model. Satya holds M.S. in Computer Science from IIT Madras.

 

Sam Ourfalian, President
Sam is President of SemanticSpace and oversees the business operations across SST, Arsin and Prolifics. Prior to joining SemanticSpace, Sam served as CIO of Home Loans and Insurance at Bank of America, one of the world's largest financial institutions. At Bank of America, Sam was responsible for all technology functions, including administration, strategy, planning and execution for their mortgage banking and insurance divisions. Prior to the merger of Countrywide Financial Corporation and Bank of America, Sam was CIO of Countrywide Financial where he spent over 16 years in several technology executive positions. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a Master's degree in Computer Science.

 

Michael Chadwick, Business Development - Systems Integration Solutions
Michael is the Head of Business Development for the Company’s Systems Integration Solutions Business Unit that operates under the brand name of ‘Prolifics’. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois. Michael, having joined Prolifics in 1992, plays a vital role in Business Unit’s growth and financial success. He is responsible for developing new business initiatives and leading key strategic alliances with partners and customers. He has helped building an extensive network of partners enabling the Business Unit to expand its capabilities and market reach.

Sudhakar Vadapalli, Operations – Application Services
Sudhakar is the Head of Operations for the company’s Application Services Business Unit. He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management from XLRI (Jamshedpur) and a Degree in Engineering in Electronics & Communications from NIT (formerly REC) Warangal, India. He has over 20 years of experience in building, delivering, managing and overseeing a variety of complex software applications and products through all aspects of the end to end lifecycle phases. In the past, he has worked on several enriching assignments in technology and management in companies like Sierra Atlantic, Sun Microsystems, Seagate and CMC Limited. Prior to his association with our Company, he worked with Virtusa and Accenture where he was responsible for executing complex assignments and projects in custom and packaged applications across multiple industry domains. Having joined our Company on July 30, 2008, he leads the Application Services service offerings and has end-to-end responsibility for sale through to delivery including solution management, project staffing, project execution, delivery excellence and customer delight.

Yateendar Bollini, Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Business Development, Independent Verification and Validation Services and Application Services
Yateendar is the Chief Strategy Officer of our Company.  He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Honours). He is also a qualified cost accountant certified by the ICWAI. He has over 18 years of international experience in corporate strategy, designing and leading enterprise-level sales & marketing programs. Prior to joining our Company, he worked with IBM where he was responsible for managing key client relationships; and Satyam, where he was responsible for the company’s worldwide alliance with Microsoft and for leading corporate-level strategic initiatives. Having joined our Company on June 08, 2009, he is responsible for amplifying corporate strategy and leading the company’s development through mergers, acquisitions and reorganization. Additionally, he leads sales and business development for two of the three business divisions, i.e., Independent Verification & Validation Services and Application Services. 

Venkatesh Ramchandran, Chief Financial Officer
Venkatesh is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from University of Madras. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 12 years of experience in finance, accounting and compliance functions. Prior to his association with our Company, he held senior positions with various companies like Spencer’s Retail, Hutch and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited and has work experience in financial services, telecom and retail sectors. In the past, he has also worked on assignments pertaining to business acquisition, term financing, commercial, risk management, audit and taxation. Having joined our Company on March 01, 2007 he is in charge of the finance and accounts of our Company.

Rama Rao Bolli,  Human Resources
Rama Rao has completed his Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics & Communications) from Andhra University. Rama Rao has over 30 years of experience in Operations, Support Services and Customer Relationships in Computer Industry. Prior to joining our Company, he was a General Manager – Enterprise at Metamor Worldwide Inc from 1998 to 2001 and he has worked with Electronics Corporation of India Limited from 1972 to 1997 at various positions such as Senior Technical Manager and Senior Manager. In our Company, he has been entrusted with the responsible of enriching human resource talent and to understand consumer behaviour and their preferences. As our Head of Human Resources he is responsible for heading our human resources department and is responsible for human resources strategies related to framing human resource and personnel policies, recruitment, escalation and management of grievances and employee communication.

David Mogel, Legal Advisor
David is Legal Advisor for our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (Psychology) from Hofstra University, Hempstead, New York and a Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law, Jamaica, New York. He has over 26 years of experience in the legal field. Prior to joining Prolifics (A SemanticSpace Company), he was a corporate associate for 7 years with the legal firm Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, where he specialized in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory work. He has been entrusted with the responsibility of handling the legal aspects of our Company as well as our Subsidiaries, including contracts, technology licensing, trademark and copyright matters, litigation management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, information systems, compliance, real estate, human resource and system administration.
